In 2021, we asked every employee to complete an EllisDon specific engagement survey and committed to repeating that every 2 years. We are now able to communicate the engagement survey results and how they compare to previous years’ surveys. To ensure we keep your confidentiality when it comes to providing feedback, we partnered with an organization, HR Verticals, who helped us sort the feedback and make direct connections to EllisDon’s culture, programs, strategies and purpose. An additional benefit is that we can also tie these results to other surveys we have already put in place, such as onboarding of new employees, exit interviews, safety surveys and with more features to be developed.

Our Values aren’t just posted on a wall in the hallway. They are part of everything we do here, and this engagement survey was no exception. Today, I have the privilege of sharing some great results and, while not everything was perfect - it never is, we are 100% committed to sharing all of the results and creating meaningful actions to improve the employee experience.
